Conference package
With its urban and prestigious setting, Lausanne Palace makes every meeting, conference and seminar a certain success.
Our seminar offer includes:
- Conference room with complementary mineral water (two bottles of 50cl per person)
- Notepads, pens and mint sweets
- Basic technical equipment (including projector, screen, flip chart). Direct line telephone (on request), communications charged separately
- Two coffee breaks per day with Nespresso coffee, AVEDA teas and herbal teas, orange juice, water, biscuits, glasses with seasonal fruit salad, dried fruit and salted snacks (in the morning) and madeleines, macarons/canelés and choice of tartlets (afternoon)
- Lunch consisting either of a three-course meal or one of our conference buffets (buffet available from 30 people). Mineral water and coffee are included, as is a printed menu
- Assistance from our seminar service staff throughout the event
Day conference package: CHF 135.00 per day and person (valid from 20 people).
Half-day conference package: CHF 115.00 per day and person (valid from 20 people).
Conference hotel deal: from CHF 430.00 per day and person, includes a standard room, breakfast, day conference package and a welcome drink.
