Nothing but the occasional sound of suitcase wheels gently rattling by on the polished floor would suggest that this bar is located at the heart of a hotel lobby. Named after the year Lausanne Palace was opened, Bar 1915 is an integral part of the hotel, popular with locals and guests for gourmet coffee breaks.

When the temperatures drop, we are particularly looking for a cosy refuge and comforting flavours.
A hot tea, some sweet and savoury delicacies accompanied, why not, by a glass of champagne... Savour the moment comfortably installed in our soft armchairs.
