Samaranch Suite
One of the hotel's most luxurious Suites bears the name of the former IOC President Juan Antonio Samaranch, resident of Lausanne Palace and initiator of the Olympic Museum. He also gave Lausanne the official title of Olympic Capital back in 1994.
Located on the 5th floor of the palace, the Samaranch Suite boasts a grand view of Lake Geneva and the Alps. It comprises five rooms covering a total of 100 m2.
Perfect for relaxation, work or letting your mind wander, the lounge has a decorative fireplace, an escritoire and two chairs. The living room features a comfortable sofa and a plush armchair. The bedroom comes with a decorative fireplace and a chaise longue.
All marble and warm colours, the bathroom has a beautiful free-standing bathtub, as well as a toilet, two sinks and a spacious shower. A second bathroom, adjacent to the living room and designed in the same colour-scheme and with the same materials, features a large shower, a bath and a sink.
